Corporate Banking Product Manager (Cash Management & Trade Finance)

Job Summary

Manage and optimise corporate banking product lifecycles, focusing on customer onboarding, KYC processes, and digital banking solutions to enhance compliance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance customer onboarding and lifecycle KYC processes for corporate banking clients by digitalising and optimising internal and external workflows
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, overseeing development, conducting testing, launching products, and driving post-implementation optimisation
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and business teams to ensure product features and processes meet regulatory and internal standards
• Participate in projects and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements to corporate online banking services
• Develop and implement product strategies and initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth
• Review and update product policies, procedures, and guidelines periodically to maintain relevance and compliance
• Prepare and deliver product training sessions for business teams on new products, features, processes, and enhancements
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and further digitalisation
• Coordinate with external service providers and technology partners to support product implementation and enhancements
• Execute additional duties and projects as assigned by the Team Lead

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines; candidates with relevant professional qualifications and experience will also be considered
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking product management, digital banking, corporate banking, cash management, client onboarding/KYC, or banking process enhancement
• Experience in corporate online banking, digital workflow, client onboarding, KYC process enhancement, or product governance is advantageous
• Experience in project management, business requirements gathering, UAT, or system enhancement projects is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills demonstrated by effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and coordinate with internal teams, business partners, and external service providers
• Detail-oriented, organised, and diligent with proven follow-through and problem-solving skills in managing complex tasks
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight timelines
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to engage effectively with Chinese-speaking internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes
