Job Description
The ideal candidate will be supporting the SGX reporting, investor relations, IT and financial planning and analysis activities. The role will include the preparation of quarterly reporting pack for the Board of Directors, supporting stock exchange announcements, coordinating internal IT-related matters, and financial planning and analysis of the Group’s operations and forecasting of future performance of the Group, thereby allowing Management to make well-informed commercial and strategic decisions. The candidate will also be involved in the evaluation of investment opportunities and special projects from time to time. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, independent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
· Preparation of quarterly reporting pack for the Board of Directors, including investors’ presentation, financial and operational data;
· Supporting the preparation and release of announcements to the stock exchange;
· Coordination of day-to-day IT-related matters within the Company, including IT support and liaison with external IT service providers;
· Evaluation of investment opportunities and involvement in the deal process (including deal analysis, due diligence, review of legal documentation etc.);
· Providing monthly financial forecasts and annual financial budgets; and
· Carrying out special projects from time to time as required by Management;
Job Requirements
· Degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science /Accounting or related fields
· Approximately 2 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis and/or business process automation is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin
· Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Power point, Excel and Word etc.). Proficiency in additional software, programs or tools would be an advantage
· Good interpersonal and communications skills and a team player
· Ability to work under tight deadlines
· 5-day workweek at Raffles Place area
· Candidates might be required to travel periodically
