Site Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordination with the BIM team to ensure consistency between BIM models, drawings, and site requirements.
• Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Reviewing drawings, BIM models, and technical details, and coordinating site requirements accordingly.
• Monitoring site progress and ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Identifying and resolving clashes or discrepancies between architectural, structural, M&E, and ID works in coordination with the BIM team and relevant consultants.
• Attend site meetings and assisting in resolving technical and coordination issues.
• Following up on RFAs/RFIs, technical submissions, shop drawings, and site-related design issues.
• Assisting in ensuring that site works are properly coordinated with the latest approved drawings and BIM information.
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering
• Committed and responsible towards job
• Able to take ownership, proactive firm
• Strong leadership, coaching skills and organising abilities.
• Able to work independently.
