Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor | Corporate Projects | Tai Seng | Up to $6,000

📍 Location: Tai Seng (HQ-Based)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: Up to $6,000/month (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates

✅ Develop procurement strategies and evaluate subcontractor quotations

✅ Conduct site measurements and verify progress valuations

✅ Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports

✅ Manage variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements

✅ Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

✅ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Quantity Surveyors

✅ Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

✔ Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

✔ At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience

✔ Experience managing QS activities from pre-tender through to final account is preferred

✔ Knowledge of commercial and/or office fit-out projects is an advantage

✔ Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills

✔ Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
