Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations.
• Assign and coordinate manpower and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor daily collection, sorting and delivery activities.
• Coordinate with customers, delivery personnel and relevant parties on operational matters.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and work performance of the team.
• Ensure all deliveries are carried out accurately, safely and on time.
• Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions when required.
• Maintain proper records and prepare daily operational reports.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, courier or delivery operations will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and team management skills.
• Able to work independently and handle operational issues effectively.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
• Able to manage changing schedules and operational requirements.
