What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Lead, coach and motivate the clinic team to deliver excellent service

• Manage staff performance, scheduling and manpower planning

• Monitor clinic KPIs, revenue and operational performance

• Drive patient service standards and continuously improve the patient experience

• Handle operational issues and work closely with doctors and management

• Support initiatives to grow the clinic and achieve business targets

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience in clinic or healthcare

• Strong people management and communication skills

• Customer-focused with a positive and hands-on approach

• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Commercially minded and comfortable working with targets and KPIs

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
