Assistant Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Identify contractual risks and provide legal support to the business.
- Manage contracts, renewals and key obligations.
- Support corporate governance, ACRA filings and corporate secretarial matters.
- Assist with Board/shareholder documentation and external counsel coordination.
About You
- Law degree with 2–5 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in in-house legal, corporate/commercial or corporate secretarial roles.
- Good knowledge of Singapore company law and commercial contracts.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, commercially minded and able to work independently.
