Customer Service Executive (Warehouse) 5.5-Day Work

Job Descriptions

• Lead and manage customer service team under Customer Service Manager

• Create and manage project task list and tracker

• Train customer service members on project-based approach

• Facilitate monthly KPI meetings and perform presentation pitches to customers

• Initiate and manage continuous improvement activities

• Support data processing and analysis on inventory data and transaction data

• Prepare relevant documents and participate in customer audit with operation team and quality team

• Receive escalations from existing customers and conduct second-level fire-fighting upon receiving complaints

• Compile relevant specification with operation team for any purchasing or sourcing

• Communicate and liaise with relevant vendors for any operational supply and equipment

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a customer facing role within contract logistics

• 3 to 5 years' experience as a warehouse customer service executive under any global contract 3PL logistics

• Able to analyse customer requirements and discuss with internal team

• Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently

• Basic knowledge and experience on warehouse management systems and documentation

• Able to speak, read and write English for direct communication with customers and appointed vendors

• Experience on documentation such as checklists, temperature and RH reports

• Able to compile KPI reports periodically

• Able to verify billing reports to customers and service agreements
