📢 CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK WANTED

Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Working Days: 5-day work week

We are looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join our small and friendly team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email
• Assist customers with basic enquiries and requests
• Handle simple paperwork, filing and data entry
• Follow up on customer documents and appointments
• Coordinate with the sales and admin team when required
• Maintain proper records of customer information
• Perform other simple ad-hoc tasks when required
