Senior Executive – Digital Strategy Department

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Explore and scout of companies including start-ups aiming for collaborations and investment when appropriate, by attending events and using venture capitals connections
• Conduct due diligence from Business, Legal and Finance perspective and collaborate with IT and operational team to assess target companies’ performance
• Support internal approvals for investment and contracting with invested companies when appropriate
• Support communications between Group companies and invested companies for business development when necessary
• Support Group companies to create AI workflows in various areas by providing technical knowledge and trainings for their operational efficiency, collaborating with internal members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate development, venture capital, investment analysis, business development, consulting, technology strategy, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of investment evaluation, financial analysis, and due diligence processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and organizations.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, automation tools, and emerging technology trends.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
