[SINGAPORE FLYER] Banquet Executive

DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES

· Coordinate and execute the setup of banquets, ensuring a captivating atmosphere for guests.

· Provide hands-on assistance to actively support and coordinate various events.

· Arrange tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary elements for banquet events.

· Ensure timely and efficient setup according to event specifications.

· Guarantee the smooth flow of activities, upholding the high standards expected at the Singapore Flyer.

· Ensure a high level of service is maintained throughout events, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.

· Assist other F&B outlets whenever needed

· Able to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.

· Any other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry. Previous experience in event coordination or related roles is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

· Effective communication skills and service oriented and an excellent team player

· Enjoy interaction with customers, able to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills

· Bilingual will be a plus
