Car Mechanic/ Vehicle Inspector (Operations Executive)

Vehicle Inspection

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to assess overall vehicle condition prior to sale.
• Identify visible defects, wear and tear, accident damage, and potential mechanical issues.
• Perform functional checks and road tests (where required) to evaluate vehicle performance.

Documentation & Reporting

• Record inspection findings accurately using the Company's in-house digital systems.
• Capture vehicle photographs and upload inspection records.
• Prepare clear and objective inspection reports.

Customer & Operations Support

• Explain inspection findings professionally to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support vehicle handover, documentation, and operational processes.
• Liaise with customers and business partners on inspection-related matters.

Team Support

• Support daily business operations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possessed a valid Class 3 driving license.

• GCE ‘N’ Level/’O’ Level/Nitec/Diploma.Qualification

o Minimum N Level / GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Automotive Technology or a related discipline.

o Candidates with experience in vehicle servicing, repair, inspection or workshop operations are encouraged to apply.

o Possess good knowledge of vehicle components and be able to identify common mechanical, electrical and bodywork defects.

o Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with minimum 2 years’ driving experience.

o Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain vehicle conditions clearly.

o Comfortable using computers and mobile devices for digital inspection reports and data entry.

o A positive attitude with a willingness to learn, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

o Applicants should currently be residing in Singapore and be available to attend an in-person interview.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automotive garage industry preferred.

• Good knowledge in diagnostic software.

• Good understanding of different vehicle types as we deal with a wide range of cars.

• Able to identify potential car faults.
• Team player, proactive and willing to learn.

OTHER INFORMATION

· 13 Month + Performance Bonus

· Location @ Leng Kee (OneKA @ MacPherson)

· 5 Day Work Week: 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend

· Working Hours: 9am - 6pm / 10am – 7pm
