Job Position: Production Management Trainee

Monthly Salary: From $3,000 onwards

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all aspects of food production, quality control, and safety standards.
• Assist in production planning and execution to meet daily targets.
• Work closely with production supervisors to manage workflow and manpower allocation.
• Monitor and report on production efficiency, waste reduction, and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in hands-on training across various production functions.
• Assist in equipment maintenance coordination and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Support process optimization projects and suggest improvements.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
