HR EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our operations in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Work Permit (WP), S Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portal
• Manage foreign worker onboarding, including medical, housing, and documentation
• Liaise with Ministry of Manpower, agents, and workers on employment matters
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Monitor quota, levy, and permit status for all workers
• Assist in payroll coordination and leave tracking
• Support general HR administrative duties

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field

• Minimum 1 years HR experience (construction industry preferred)

• Familiar with MOM systems (WPOL, EPOL, MyMOM)

• Able to handle foreign worker matters independently

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
