Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and schedule therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain service quality, conduct technique checks, and handle customer complaints professionally.
Oversee inventory, cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
Perform basic administrative duties including cash flow management and record-keeping.
Provide training and guidance to junior therapists.
Ensure high customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships between the customers.
Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work,
Job Requirements:
Candidates with experience in team management are preferred.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
