Senior Consultant, SAP S/4 Hana System Implementation PMO (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Manage project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support users throughout system implementation projects.
• Assist with business process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide PMO support and coordinate project activities with stakeholders.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP project coordination, PMO, testing, or system implementation projects.
• Experience leading and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across business users, functional teams, and vendors.
• Experience in project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
• Familiarity with cutover planning, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA project implementations.
• Good communication skills in both English and Japanese to effectively communicate and collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.
