FOOD MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR

Production Management: Lead daily manufacturing operations, assign tasks to workers, and track output targets.

Quality and Safety Compliance: Enforce food safety rules, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hygiene standards.

Staff Supervision: Train new workers, monitor team performance, manage attendance, and coordinate shift schedules.

Inventory Control: Monitor raw materials and finished goods, manage stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and minimize material waste.

Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot basic machinery issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.

Reporting: Prepare daily operational, yield, and wastage logs for plant management.
