- Job Responsibilities
- Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
- Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
- Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Assesses safety and finance goals.
- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
- Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
- Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
- Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
- Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Need to work and support if necessary
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge and Experience in Construction work site Carpenter Formwork, Rebar
- With atleast one year experience in Residential/ Industrial/ Commercial and/or Institutional projects.
- Able to stand and handle packing tasks for several hours
- Physically fit and hardworking
