• Position: Senior Sales Engineer – Semiconductor & Specialty Chemicals
• Location: Beach Road
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
• Salary: Up to $6,500 Basic + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance / Company Car
• Benefits: 13 Days Annual Leave + 1 Day Birthday Leave Annually + Medical & Insurance Benefits

• Our client is an established industrial solutions company seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to grow key accounts and develop new opportunities across semiconductor, electroplating and precision engineering sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop key accounts and new business opportunities in Singapore and regional markets.
• Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend suitable chemical and surface-finishing solutions.
• Provide technical consultation, troubleshooting and onsite support.
• Drive product trials, qualifications and new product introductions.
• Build relationships with customers and international technology partners across Southeast Asia.
• Develop account strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and sustainable growth.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in industrial or specialty chemicals or surface finishing.
• Strong technical problem-solving and customer solution skills.
• Proven ability to develop accounts, identify opportunities and close business.
• Experience in electroplating, precision engineering or semiconductor is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Willing to travel regionally.
