Quantity Surveyor

🔧 What You’ll Do

- Handle quotations, cost estimation, and pricing with contractors.

- Prepare and award subcontracts for projects.

- Manage project cost control from initial calculations to final figures.

- Evaluate contractor proposals and specifications.

- Prepare tender submissions, progress claims, progress payments, VO, and finalize accounts.

- Coordinate documentation with subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.

- Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to address special requirements in tenders.

- Collaborate with the construction team on tender scopes and align on requirements.

- Monitor and manage deductions for materials purchased for subcontractors or suppliers.
