📞Sales Support Executive/ Customer Service (5 Days)

5-Month Contract, Convertible

Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500
Location: Woodlands
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Take over newly signed F&B clients from BD Managers.
• Provide ongoing customer service and account support.
• Build client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Attend to enquiries, including social media.
• Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare basic client and sales progress reports.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B/FMCG.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
