Location: Singapore

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.

• Provide friendly and attentive service while engaging with guests professionally.

• Recommend drinks based on guests’ preferences and explain beverage selections.

• Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation and portion control.

• Set up, clean and maintain the bar area and equipment.

• Monitor beverage inventory and assist with stock ordering and rotation.

• Minimise wastage and support beverage cost control.

• Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system.

• Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and all hygiene and safety requirements.

• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous bartending or beverage-service experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and basic mixology.

• Friendly, confident and service-oriented.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Relevant bartending or food-hygiene certification is an advantage.
