Sales Support / Customer Service

Job Summary

Estudio Technologies seeks a dedicated and meticulous Sales Support to assist and contribute to the sales team’s overall success

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, technical proposal, tender submissions, product specifications, contract administration
• Coordinate order fulfilment activities, order processing, document preparation and general communication with clients
• Respond to client’s inquiries and provide excellent client service
• Assist to research and map alternative technology products against your requirements
• Understands technical terminology and can communicate with suppliers
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless delivery of product and services
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Nitec certificate or diploma qualification
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Proficient in using CAD Drawing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details, strong organisational and multitasking skills with ability to priorities and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Sales or customer service industry

· Fluent in English and Mandarin
