Operations Executive (OE)

Job Description

Prospect Protection Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Executive to support the daily delivery of security services across our client sites.

The role involves coordinating manpower deployment, monitoring site operations, managing security risks and maintaining good working relationships with clients, supervisors and Security Officers.

As a training-centric company, we require someone who can guide and train employees and is willing to attend courses to continuously upskill and reskill.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Security Officer deployment, duty rosters and attendance.

• Arrange relief coverage for absences and manpower shortages.

• Conduct site visits and monitor service standards, officer performance and compliance.

• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk-control measures.

• Plan and participate in physical-security red teaming exercises.

• Document findings and ensure corrective and preventive actions are completed.

• Respond to client feedback, security incidents and urgent operational matters.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, supervisors and Security Officers.

• Prepare incident reports, operational updates and other required documentation.

• Brief, coach and train officers on operational procedures, post duties and client requirements.

• Identify performance or training gaps and coordinate the necessary follow-up.

• Work closely with HR, Payroll and Management on manpower and employee matters.

• Maintain accurate operational records using company systems and Microsoft 365.

• Support new site commencements, officer deployments and operational handovers.

Requirements

• Must have worked as an Operations Executive in the Singapore security industry.

• Minimum three years of relevant security-operations experience; candidates with three to five years of experience are preferred.

• Must hold a valid Security Officer licence and have attained at least the Security Supervisor (SS) PWM grade.

• Proven experience coordinating shift-based manpower, duty rosters, site operations and client requirements.

• Knowledge or experience in security risk assessment and physical-security testing will be an advantage.

• Personal transport are preferred, as the role requires regular site visits and prompt attendance at urgent operational situations.

• Able to manage incidents, manpower shortages and client concerns calmly and professionally.

• Able and willing to brief, coach and train frontline employees.

• Willing to attend relevant courses and participate actively in upskilling and reskilling.

• Good communication, organisation and report-writing skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using operational systems.

• Able to attend to urgent operational matters outside normal office hours when required.
