Service Operation Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Service Operation Assistant Manager to oversee daily service operations, lead the Service Operations team, and ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in operations, service coordination, or field service management, preferably with a background in the Fire Protection industry.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare service location permits and all related operational documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements

• Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to Management, highlighting service performance, key operational issues, and recommendations for improvement

• Monitor service quality and operational performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary to maintain service excellence

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution

• Candidates with relevant work experience in the Fire Protection industry may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in operations, service coordination, or field service management

• Excellent organizational, planning, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to manage teams and coordinate operational activities
