Job Description:
· Responsible for Work Pass Management (application, issuance, renewal, cancellation etc)
· In charge of company maintenance services, such like aircon, copy machina, stationary and pantry ordering etc.
· Assist for the reimbursement payment etc.
· Ad hoc admin task
Requirement:
· 2-3 years relevant experience
· 5 day work week
· Available within short notice
