Job Summary

Support sales by building strong customer relationships, assisting clients with product knowledge, managing project details, and preparing sales reports to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers via telephone and email to explain product features, benefits, and drawbacks to support informed purchase decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and walk-in customers to promote company products and services
• Manage client follow-up processes and maintain accurate project details and references to ensure smooth communication
• Reconcile monthly sales project activities and generate detailed monthly sales summary reports for management review
• Assist customers by providing product and service information to facilitate their buying decisions and develop new accounts
• Prepare and manage all sales-related documentation accurately and timely
• Perform additional duties as assigned by sales management to support team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through customer interactions
• Committed, responsible team player with an independent and resourceful work approach

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident status

• Working days: 5.5 days per week
• Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
