Job Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning crew for daily, ad-hoc and periodic cleaning jobs.
• Assign duties and coordinate manpower across different sites.
• Perform hands-on cleaning and maintain hygiene standards.
• Operate floor machines, carpet extractors and high-pressure washers.
• Monitor cleaning quality and ensure service standards are met.
• Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure proper safety and cleaning procedures are followed.
• Drive company vehicle to various locations islandwide.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence.
• Cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading a small team is an advantage.
• Good understanding of cleaning standards and safety practices.
• Responsible, reliable and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to perform hands-on cleaning duties.
