Summary
As part of the Brand & Communications team, this maternity cover role supports the stewardship and execution of PCF’s brand and marketing ecosystem, ensuring strong, consistent, and engaging brand expression across all touchpoints.
Working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders, the role ensures all communications are aligned with brand guidelines, optimised for audience engagement, and designed to strengthen brand equity for PCF, PCF Sparkletots Preschool, and PCF Sparkle Care. The role also involves driving marketing initiatives with a focus on digital acquisition, campaign execution, and performance tracking. It leverages data and insights to refine strategies, enhance online presence, and support initiatives such as recruitment roadshows.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover role which focuses on sustaining ongoing initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand execution, and supporting planned campaigns and organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand
Take ownership of organisational brands and support the vision, mission, goals, and strategies.
Support brand custodianship and work with agencies to strategise, position and create compelling content to engage stakeholders.
Strengthen brand identities of PCF, PCF Sparkletots Preschool, and PCF Sparkle Care by ensuring consistent application and delivery of brand guidelines in all communications.
Support the conceptualisation and translation of organisational and stakeholder objectives into compelling visual narratives, developing creative direction from ideation through to design execution.
Drive impactful strategies to increase brand awareness and equity within the organisation’s culture, digital and physical spaces, staying relevant to its audiences.
Optimise and leverage internal and external expertise to support and guide staff utilisation of resources, in compliance with SOPs.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience for all channels, offline (physical) and online, and social.
Support the development of key visuals and event identities across print, digital and experiential platforms to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
Translate brand strategy into campaign and rollout plans, positioning and go-to-market initiatives.
Support vendor management for creative, photography, videography, and event-related deliverables.
Marketing and Integrated Campaigns
Support both offline and online marketing activities and social media strategy.
Work with agencies to strategise, develop, and execute brand and marketing strategies.
Provide support to marketing campaigns, select and manage relevant agency partners in support of the branding & marketing strategies.
Support the optimisation of recruitment marketing efforts based on insights and campaign performance data.
Monitor and analyse data and insight reports for marketing activities and campaigns.
Work with the web administrator, designer and internal stakeholders to ensure the corporate website reflects the latest trends and benchmarks in design and web architecture and accessibility, in line with our brand persona.
Work with the social media team and web administrator to generate analytics and insight reports, including regular dashboards for performance tracking, measurement etc.
Implement marketing and communication activities such as advertising, copywriting and preparation of other materials such as press releases and speeches.
Conceptualise and support content and overall set-ups of recruitment roadshows.
Support the planning and execution of integrated recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and on-ground channels.
Administrative and Other Duties
Support the communications and public relations, or digital team when assigned.
Support execution of high-impact organisational initiatives and committee projects.
Work on projects/initiatives that may be outside of the main scope of work.
Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and internal updates for leadership and committees.
Provide administrative support for corporate level work such as board meetings, or areas like organisational development ad strategic planning.
Any other duties as assigned by ROs or Director.
Job Holder Requirements:
Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant fields.
Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in marketing and branding environment. Those with leadership experience will be considered for a more senior role accordingly.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
Possess good written and oral English language skills. Being effective bilingual in a second language would be an added advantage.
Experience in advertising and marketing activities and strategies.
Possess knowledge about SEO, SEM, Google Analytics as well as other marketing & analytical tools.
Website content management skills.
Those with communications/public relations experience will have an added advantage.
Possess a positive attitude, cheerful disposition and good interpersonal and conflict management skills to work with different stakeholders from across the organisation.
Where required, be able to work occasionally after office hours and some weekends to support events or tight deadlines.
