3-4 Months Financial Reporting Accountant | Ubi | Up to $5.5K #NKA

Location: Ubi

Duration: 3-4 months (ideally start around end of October)

Salary: Up to $5500

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist in quarterly and annual financial statement preparation.
• Support audit, tax, GST, SGX and REIT regulatory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, trustees, property managers and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Some experience in REIT, real estate, property, fund management or listed-company environment preferred.
