💼 Maternity Cover | Finance & Accounting

Join a reputable organisation as a Contract Accountant to support the finance team during a maternity cover period. This role provides good exposure to financial reporting, month-end closing, management reporting, audit, tax, GST and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial statement preparation
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
• Assist with audit, tax and GST matters
• Support SGX and REIT regulatory compliance requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, trustees, property managers and internal stakeholders
• Provide support on ad-hoc finance and accounting matters
