Area Sales Manager – Beauty & Wellness

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve business targets across multiple outlets.
• Lead, coach and develop Centre Managers to improve sales and productivity.
• Monitor outlet performance, KPIs, sales forecasts and business results.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
• Ensure outlet operations, inventory and SOP compliance are maintained.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and events.
• Manage manpower planning, team performance and staff development.
• Develop and retain high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in retail operations or sales management.
• Multi-outlet management experience preferred.
• Candidates from beauty, aesthetics, wellness, fitness, salon or retail chain backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Good analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused, results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
