Packer / Sorter (Warehouse）

Job Summary

You will handle sorting, selecting, weighing, packing, and labeling fresh vegetables, fruits, and other warehouse items to ensure accurate order preparation. You will also maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize storage locations to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Sort and select fresh vegetables, fruits, and other warehouse items accurately to meet order requirements
• Weigh products precisely to ensure correct quantities for packing and shipping
• Pack items using shrink-wrapping techniques to protect products during storage and transport
• Label products clearly and correctly to facilitate inventory tracking and customer delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse to support a safe and efficient work environment
• Organize storage locations to optimize space and ease of access for inventory management
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks and resolve issues
• Adapt to working in a cold-room environment while following safety and hygiene standards
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support warehouse operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic unit conversion skills (e.g., converting kilograms to grams) to assist in accurate weighing and packing

• Work schedule: 6-day work week with rotating shifts
