About the Role

BF Health & Skin Care Global Pte Ltd is looking for an energetic and motivated Associate Sales Manager to support the growth of our health supplements and skincare business in Singapore and international markets.

This role is suitable for sales professionals, team leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals with strong business networks who are passionate about health, wellness, beauty, and skincare.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies.
• Generate new customers, sales leads, distributors, and business partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
• Assist in recruiting, motivating, and coaching sales team members.
• Conduct product presentations and sales activities.
• Support product training and promotional campaigns.
• Identify new markets and sales opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and work towards agreed sales targets.
• Represent BF Health & Skin Care Global professionally at meetings, events, and business activities.

Requirements

• Sales, business development, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in health supplements, skincare, beauty, wellness, or healthcare is an advantage.
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, positive, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with strong customer or business networks are encouraged to apply.
• International sales or distributor experience is an advantage.
