Manager, Research Operations, IAIC

Job Summary

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IAIC Project Leads on project variation and change requests, ensuring timely processing, proper documentation, and compliance with institutional policies and funding agency requirements.
• Oversee the administration and system support for grant-funded and industry projects, including project initiation, project amendments, and maintenance of project records.
• Partner with IAIC Project Leads and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely submission of Grant Progress Reports, Final Reports, and other required deliverables.
• Lead the migration of legacy project data into the new A*PS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and continuity of project tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve project administration matters and continuously improve processes
• Drive process improvement and digitalisation initiatives to enhance project administration, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
• Review and administer project agreements and funding terms and conditions (T&Cs) to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Experience in research grant administration is an advantage.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience in dealing with project agreements and terms and conditions (T&Cs) of research grants is preferred.
• Experience in using business intelligence and analysis tools is a plus
• Independent problem-solving skills, innovative strategic and technical thinker, team player
• Possess good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
