📍 What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind your store’s success — leading your team, delivering results, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You will:

Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Drive store performance through strong commercial acumen and action planning
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a fun, engaging store environment
Manage rostering, stock control, loss prevention and operational excellence
Recruit, train and develop team members to build a high-performing team
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to Smiggle brand guidelines
Foster a positive team culture aligned with Smiggle’s vibrant values

Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is required.

📌 Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels / Diploma or equivalent qualification
Min of 5 years proven experience in retail supervisory or store management roles
Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs
Passion for retail, customer experience and leading a fun, high-energy store environment
