We are looking for a responsible and reliable Full-Time Office Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of our office premises.

Working Arrangement 工作安排

• 5-day work week, Monday to Friday
  每周工作5天，星期一至星期五
• Working hours: 8:30am to 12:00pm, and 12:45pm to 5:30pm
  工作时间：上午8:30至中午12:00，下午12:45至5:30

Job Responsibilities 工作职责

The cleaner will be responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of the office premises, including:
清洁员将负责办公室的日常清洁及基本维护工作，包括：

• Clean male and female toilets on two levels
  清洁两层楼的男、女洗手间
• Clear rubbish bins throughout the office
  清理办公室各处的垃圾桶
• Sweep floors, including the staircase
  扫地，包括楼梯
• Mop floors as required, depending on the condition of the premises
  根据地面情况及需要拖地
• Wipe tables and chairs in the MD and DMD offices and meeting rooms
  擦拭MD及DMD办公室和会议室内的桌椅
• Refill hand soap, toilet paper and other basic pantry/toilet supplies when required
  根据需要补充洗手液、卫生纸及其他基本茶水间/洗手间用品
• Prepare coffee or tea when required
  根据需要准备咖啡或茶
• Maintain the cleanliness and general tidiness of the office premises on a daily basis

• Perform other general cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned

• Office premises occupy 2 levels

• 2 small pantry areas

• 2 male toilets and 2 female toilets

• Staircase connecting both levels

• No lift within the office

• No carpeted areas

• Nearest MRT stations: Joo Koon MRT Station and Gul Circle MRT Station

• From Joo Koon MRT Station: Take Bus 255 for approximately 5 stops, followed by a 3–5 minute walk to the office

• For the return journey: Walk approximately 5–8 minutes to a nearby bus stop and take Bus 192 or 193 for 1 stop to Gul Circle MRT Station

Requirements 任职要求

• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently

• Physically able to perform general cleaning duties and use the staircase regularly

• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness
  注重个人卫生及清洁
• Able to maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the office on a daily basis
  能够每天保持办公室环境的清洁及整齐
• Previous office cleaning experience is an advantage
  有办公室清洁或相关工作经验者优先
• Willing to perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties as required

• This is a full-time, 5-day work week position.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a two-level office premises and performing cleaning duties that involve regular use of stairs.
