Accountant - Group Financial Reporting
About this job
Able to handle a full set of accounts and consolidation for the Group in a timely manner and ensuring timely delivery of reporting deck to HQ in Japan
Collaborates with the finance team of the subsidiaries ensuring compliance of group accounting policy and standards
Responsible for the preparation of tax computations, GST returns
Preparing and analyse monthly reports that compare last year to actual costs
Assists in Annual Budgeting Process (Sales & Expenses) & Forecast Exercise
Prepares periodic Internal Management reports including variance explanations
Preparation of the external audit, working with colleagues across the Finance function to plan and produce the audit file, in a timely an accurate manner
Assist in projects in driving efficiency through cost initiatives and projects which include process automation and documentation
Any other duties as assigned.
