Academy Experience Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from parents and students via phone, email, WhatsApp and in person.
• Support trial lessons, enrolments, renewals, transfers and other student arrangements.
• Follow up with prospective families and support enrolment conversion.
• Build relationships with parents and support student retention.
• Coordinate lesson schedules, make-up classes and teacher availability.
• Work with teachers and academy teams to ensure smooth lesson operations.
• Handle feedback and complaints and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain student records, attendance and administrative information.
• Monitor attendance and follow up with students and parents where required.
• Support sales and enrolment targets through effective follow-ups.
• Assist with academy events, promotions and student activities.
• Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
• Support the Academy Manager with daily operations and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, education, enrichment, hospitality, retail or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling customer concerns and difficult situations.
• Comfortable with sales, follow-ups and enrolment targets.
• Positive, approachable and proactive.
• Interest in education, music or working with children is an advantage.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays according to academy operating hours.
