• Support the day-to-day administration and processing of grant applications, variations and claims.
• Review and verify supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
• Follow up with employers, partners and relevant stakeholders on discrepancies or outstanding documents.
• Process claims and prepare supporting documents for payment.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready records.
• Handle enquiries and appeals from members and external partners.
• Verify membership information and update internal databases.
• Prepare reports and perform data entry as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties.
