Job Description

- Position Title: Project Engineer (MEP)
- Working Location: East Region
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical & Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for assigned projects.
- Work with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, review technical information, and identify project issues, risks, and required corrective actions.
- Prepare and review design drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to support smooth site execution and timely material delivery.
- Ensure project works comply with relevant codes, standards, safety requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support to clients and project stakeholders and respond to project-related technical queries.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project budgets, and monitor project expenditure.
- Support testing, commissioning, inspection, defect rectification, and project handover activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for building or construction projects.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
- Experience in site coordination, subcontractor management, and project execution.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple project activities and work with different stakeholders.
