Restaurant Assistant Manager

The Restaurant Assit.Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including the managing of the organization staff,
creating organization sales forecast and ways of achieving them/ . Reporting to the Director. This position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership and operations functions.

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet including upselling food and beverage items and help with the promotions of daily specials. Increase outlet sales revenue.

2.Coordinated daily operations including resolving customer complaints with the asst.managers

3.Deal with difficult customers with a calm and fair approach, using both diplomacy and empathy when required

4. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and health and safety.

5. Ensure a strict control of food and beverage waste and reporting any waste in the correct procedure.

6. Ensure a correct standard of stock rotation, making sure food and beverages are used prior to the best before the date

7. Ensure the highest standards of service and production at all times

8.Ensure a close professional working relationship with other members of staff at all time
