Engineering Technician

We are seeking motivated and hands-on individuals to join our Engineering Team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the poultry processing industry. No prior industry experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Support welding, plumbing, and basic fabrication work as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work closely with technicians, engineers, and production personnel to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of industrial motor controls.
• Familiarity with welding, plumbing, and the use of hand tools such as grinders and drills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in cold and wet environments.
• Able to lift and carry up to 20–25 kg.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
