Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager in site operations by leading teams, managing tender documentation, and ensuring compliance with authority requirements to deliver successful construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating and managing daily site activities to ensure project progress and quality
• Lead and supervise a team of staff to achieve project milestones and maintain site safety and efficiency
• Prepare and assist in the development of tender documentation to support project bidding processes
• Apply knowledge of authority submission procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Manage work responsibilities independently with commitment and accountability to assigned tasks
• Maintain performance under pressure to meet project deadlines and resolve site challenges effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project roles
• Experience working on upgrading projects is advantageous
