Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise subcontractors' work according to shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
• Liaise with authorities, subcontractors, main contractors, or clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples.
• Review and align ACMV design drawings for compliance with specifications and guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions.
• Manage and execute projects within deadlines.
• Attend meetings with subcontractors, contractors, and clients to address issues and update progress.
• Study and review drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Allocate work and ensure tasks meet standards and SOP.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience considered for a senior position.
• Preferably experienced in the construction industry, especially in ACMV system installation.
• Knowledge of ACMV Systems, Local/International Codes of Practice/Standards, Green Mark Requirements, Hydronic/Static Calculations, BIM, Revit, AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Good working attitude and team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
