BIM Modeller

Job Summary

DJ Builders & Contractors Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Modeller – Civil & Structure to support our Singaporeprojects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating andmaintaining civil and structural BIM models, producing technical drawings andsupporting multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain civil andstructural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

• Model structural elements such asfoundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls and other structural components.

• Prepare civil and structuraldrawings, plans, sections and details.

• Interpret engineering drawings,specifications and design information.

• Coordinate civil and structuralmodels with architectural and MEP disciplines.

• Assist with clash detection andresolution during BIM coordination.

• Update models and drawings accordingto design changes and project requirements.

• Prepare BIM-based documentation,schedules and model deliverables.

• Ensure modelling follows project BIMstandards and established procedures.

• Support BIM coordination meetingsand resolve technical modelling issues.

• Maintain accurate model informationand ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering,Structural Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience as aCivil/Structural BIM Modeller.

• Strong working knowledge of AutodeskRevit.

• Ability to read and interpretstructural and civil engineering drawings.

• Understanding of structural andconstruction detailing.

• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIMcoordination is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail andaccuracy.

• Good communication and teamworkskills.

• Candidates with Singapore projectexperience will be preferred.

• Candidates must be willing to workin Singapore
