Operation Manager

Job Description:

• Manage daily operations of the gas station, including overseeing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and surrounding property.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, reconcile sales and deposits, and prepare daily financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
