MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Assist in manage daily restaurant/cafe operations by scheduling staff, controlling inventory, and supervising workflows to ensure smooth service delivery
• Perform front-of-house and back-of-house tasks to maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer retention
• Support promotional campaigns, special events, and upselling initiatives to boost sales
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to enhance team performance and service quality
• Resolve customer complaints and handle special requests professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Maintain consistent high service standards to ensure a positive customer experience
• Conduct regular staff briefings to align team efforts with service goals and operational expectations
• Prepare operational reports and analyze data to inform and support managerial decision-making
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, inventory, and staff records for operational transparency

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in the F&B industry with management or leadership experience considered an advantage
• Proficiency in restaurant/cafe management systems and office software
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to service quality
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
