Marketing Specialist

This is a 12-month contract role under Optimum Solutions.

This role supports our client, a leading Southeast Asian superapp that offers a wide range of services, including mobility, food delivery, and digital payments.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and support teams (both internal and external) to craft impactful lending and BNPL communications and engagement strategies that enhance user acquisition and build a positive brand image for financial products.

• Spot new opportunities and take charge of designing and executing end-to-end campaigns and communications to drive business growth and meet key performance indicators.

• Produce high-quality content and materials that foster trust and loyalty in financial products, ensuring every piece supports our overall objectives.

• Oversee marketing performance reporting, ROI tracking, and campaign analysis for campaign initiatives, leveraging data to refine strategies and boost campaign effectiveness through a continuous test-and-learn approach.

• Coordinate seamlessly with creative, business, legal, compliance, and external partners; lead the execution of lending communications and campaigns with excellence.

Qualifications:

• Marketing Mix Mastery: You have a deep understanding of the entire marketing mix, with additional knowledge of consumer lending products being a bonus. You’re well-versed in the Singapore marketing and media landscape, knowing precisely how and when to utilize various channels—whether above-the-line or below-the-line—to drive positive perception, educate consumers, and meet business KPIs.

• Results-Driven and Data-Savvy: You excel at making data-driven decisions and have a proven ability to analyze digital marketing metrics. Your knack for translating data into innovative and effective marketing strategies ensures your ideas not only resonate but also deliver impactful results.

• Resourceful and Creative: You have a talent for spotting compelling marketing creativity and excel at working with creative teams. You know how to provide clear, inspiring briefs and manage the creative process to produce outstanding work.
