Sales Manager, On-Trade (Hotels & Bars)

Perola has been building premium and artisanal spirits brands since 2010, out of Germany. We are both distributor and brand owner - Topanito 100% agave spirits, Razel's rum liqueurs and Big Kahuna Gin are ours. We opened in Singapore in 2022. Now we build the market side properly.

THE ROLE

You own Singapore's on-trade. Hotels first - lobby bars, rooftops, signature restaurants, banqueting - then the independent bars whose lists other people read.

Hotel selling is along game and we know it. You will be measured on named listings won, not on a monthly revenue number that would push you to discount.

WHY IT IS WORTH YOUR TIME

- Little of our portfolio is in Singapore hotels yet. The first listings will have your name on them.

- We own the brands. A bespoke bottling, a custom serve, a price that works at volume - the person who decides is one call away in Germany, not a regional office.

- Topanito Blanco is built for this channel: real 100% agave at a price that lets a hotel trade its house pour up from mixto without moving the drink price.

- Orders, invoicing and logistics are already handled by two colleagues. Your week goes on customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build and work a named hotel account plan through F&B leadership and procurement.

- Win house-pour and back-bar listings, and defend them at annual review.

- Train bar teams, develop serves, run tastings - so the liquid gets poured, not shelved.

- Negotiate terms and activation within agreed margin guardrails.

- Tell us honestly what is closing and what is dying.
